Booking Policy
To ensure the best experience and seamless service, we kindly ask all guests to follow our booking policy outlined below.
1. Advance Booking Requirement
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your desired time slot.
- Same-day bookings are not guaranteed and depend strictly on availability.
2. How to Book
- You can book your slot through our website, Instagram DMs, or by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.
- To confirm your booking, payment must be completed as per the selected package.
3. Confirmation
- Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation message with your booking details, location, and any special instructions.
4. Arrival Time
- Guests must arrive on time for their session. Your studio time begins at the scheduled slot, not the arrival time.
- Late arrivals may reduce your available time and cannot be extended unless pre-approved.
5. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is permitted only up to 24 hours before the original booking time and is subject to availability.
- Only one reschedule per booking is allowed.
6. No-Show Policy
- If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time without notice, your session will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
