• To confirm your booking, payment must be completed as per the selected package.

3. Confirmation

• Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation message with your booking details, location, and any special instructions.

4. Arrival Time

• Guests must arrive on time for their session. Your studio time begins at the scheduled slot, not the arrival time.
• Late arrivals may reduce your available time and cannot be extended unless pre-approved.

5. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is permitted only up to 24 hours before the original booking time and is subject to availability.
• Only one reschedule per booking is allowed.

6. No-Show Policy

• If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time without notice, your session will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
