1. No Refund Policy

• All payments made to House of Celebs are non-refundable.
• Once a booking is confirmed, the amount paid cannot be returned under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

2. Transfer/Rescheduling Option

• Clients are allowed to reschedule their booking once without any additional charge.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the original booking time.
• New dates and times are subject to availability.

3. No-Show Policy

• Clients who fail to show up within 30 minutes of their scheduled time, without prior notice, will forfeit the session.
• No rescheduling or transfer will be permitted in case of a no-show.

4. Exceptional Cases

• In rare cases of unavoidable emergencies (e.g. medical), rescheduling may be considered at our discretion with proper documentation.
